What costs a credit?
Revealing a record that has a phone number or an email costs 1 credit. Records with neither are free, and a record you already unlocked never costs again, whether you view it or export it.
Do credits expire? Is there a subscription?
No subscription and no expiry. You buy a pack once and use the credits whenever you want.
Is it really free to start?
Yes. Searching and filtering are free, and you get 25 free credits when you create an account. No credit card is needed.
What if a phone number or email is wrong?
If both the phone number and the email of a record are invalid, tell us and we refund the credit.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, an invoice is emailed with every purchase. For a company invoice with your VAT number, contact us.
How much does it cost to work as a team?
Nothing more. Invite up to 10 people from the Team tab: everyone uses the same credits and works in the same pipeline. A contact unlocked by one of you is free for the others.
What is in the CSV?
Name, category, Google category, address, postal code, city, region, country, phone, email, website, Instagram, Google rating, number of reviews and Google Place ID. Download a sample.
