The service

Prospya gives access to a database of businesses (shops, restaurants, tradespeople) built from public business listings. Searching is free. Contact details are revealed with credits.

Credits

1 credit reveals one record that has a phone number or an email. Records without either are free, and a record you already unlocked can be viewed and exported again at no cost. Credits do not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash. If both the phone number and the email of a record turn out to be invalid, we refund the credit on request.

Acceptable use

You may use the data to contact businesses about matters relevant to their professional activity. You agree to:

• include a simple way to opt out in every message, and honour opt-out requests;
• follow the rules that apply to you, including GDPR, ePrivacy rules and do-not-call lists;
• not resell or publish the data as a database, and not use it to contact private individuals.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Data accuracy

Businesses open, close and change their details every day. We refresh the data regularly but cannot guarantee that every record is accurate.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices include VAT. An invoice is emailed after each purchase.
